Francesco Giardina

Agronomist expert in agro-food quality policies and organic farming. With the Special Agro-Food Agency of the Rome Chamber of Commerce, he developed territorial promotion projects and served as a consultant for the Geo&Geo program on Rai 3. For over 10 years, he coordinated the SINAB project – Sistema di Informazione nazionale per l’Agricoltura Biologica – at the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, dealing with data management and process computerization for organic farming. He has represented MiPAAF in various management committees at the European Commission on organic farming topics. He is currently the coordinator of the National Association of Organic Producers of Coldiretti.
