Isabella Ceccarini

Journalist for over thirty years, she worked for a long time as editor-in-chief of a quarterly magazine on university policy and research. She co-authored the book Perché l’università. Riflessioni sull’etica del sapere, a collection of reflections and interviews with leading figures from the world of higher education and international organizations. She has collaborated with various publishing houses on the writing of books and exhibition/event catalogues, handling editorial planning and coordination. She is attentive to ethical issues, which she has written about for the monthly magazine of the Società San Vincenzo de’ Paoli, and she has served on the youth jury for the Città di Castello Literary Prize. She organizes and moderates roundtables on topics ranging from health to agriculture, and leads training courses for journalists. She has also created and hosted two events for Treccani’s #leparolevalgono format. Since 2017, she has been part of the Rinnovabili team, where she focuses primarily on agrifood but enjoys broadening her perspective to include environmental issues as well. For Rinnovabili, she designs and hosts the Agrifood Forum, an annual event on food sustainability.
