KEY 2026 returns to Rimini with more than 150 conferences and events, an expanded focus on energy transition finance, and a new Africa Investment HUB, strengthening Europe’s position in the global energy transformation.

Energy finance and competitiveness take centre stage at KEY 2026
Amid growing economic and geopolitical uncertainty and rising global competition, energy has become a decisive factor for Europe’s security, independence and industrial competitiveness. Securing financing for the transition and managing energy costs are now key priorities for businesses and consumers, particularly in energy-intensive sectors.
In this context, KEY – The Energy Transition Expo, organised by Italian Exhibition Group, will be held from 4 to 6 March at the Rimini Expo Centre. The event continues to strengthen its role as a major European platform for technologies, services and integrated solutions supporting decarbonisation, with increasing international engagement across Europe, Africa and the Mediterranean region.
“With this new edition, we are strengthening KEY’s role as a global hub for the energy transition, open to international dialogue with players, operators, institutions and associations from around the world,” said Alessandra Astolfi, Global Exhibition Director of the Green & Technology Division at Italian Exhibition Group. “We are placing Europe back at the centre of the transformation under way, highlighting the industrial and technological expertise and the solutions we already have to build a sustainable and competitive energy future.”
